Small Group health carriers offer fully insured flexible plan designs for the 2-50 market that will satisfy the employer’s budget but also meet the employee’s health needs. The small group arena typically offers options from low cost limited benefit plans to the most comprehensive benefits health plans available. HSA-friendly plans are also available with all carriers. The Group Department also offers flexible self-funded plans. These plans are available for group’s 10-99 lives. The self-funded plans are ERISA based and outside of Health Care Reform.
