This information can be found for all states in your Jarvis portal under the Knowledge Center tab, by clicking on the blue words: Medicare Product Portal. You can also find your local UHC carrier representatives, for both virtual and in person support, on the Medicare Product Portal by clicking on the tab for Local Support.

The 2024 Medicare Advantage plan information within the Medicare Product Portal reflects rebid changes, but not yet approved benefits. All levels of agents will receive access to the portal within Jarvis to use as an agent reference tool when benefits are approved.
