There will be no certification for Mutual of Omaha drug plans this year. Agent’s will not need to recertify for 2025 because it is expected that all the customer’s PDP enrollments are to be reenrolled in other coverage during AEP this year. All MOO PDP coverage will end 12/31/2024 so there will be no renewal compensation to pay next year.

Blackout Period: Saturday, June 15, 2024, to Monday, June 24, 2024. * About the Blackout Period: Implement a blackout period to ensure brokers do not begin 2024 certification just days before the 2025 certification launch. This approach prevents the need for re-certification within a concise span,allowing for a more efficient transition into 20’25.

Certification Continuity: Brokers who start 2024 certification before the blackout period can complete it. However, a broker cannot initiate 2024 certification during the blackout period. Completing 2025 certification will retroactively certify brokers for 2024. *While certifications will be live, please remember that final benefit details will not be available until later this summer after the NABA adjustment period.

Note: To better align with the 2025 Agent Preview First Looks, The 2025 Certifications in Miramar will now be opening on Tuesday, August 6th. Clover will be sending out additional information later this month regarding events. 2025 Certifications will not be opening on July 16th, as previously stated.

Clover Health’s 2025 Contract Amendments will still be sent out to agency principals throughout July. These will be sent via Docusign to the agency principal for signature and will include the 2025 rates, the FDR, and the 2025 Agency Onboarding Packet. As your agency’s contract is signed, Clover’s team will distribute the 2025 certification codes. Reminder: 2025 certification codes will not function until Tuesday, August 6th.

2024 Certifications in Miramar will close on 6/1.

If an agent is already enrolled in their 2024 certification program, they will be able to finish it, but no agents may begin certifications after 6/1. All 2024 certification codes will error out.
